Prerequisites for the CIT Financial Analyst Program: 

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Outstanding academic achievement (minimum GPA 3.2)
• Detailed, hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office that will enable you to produce financial models, industry reports, and comparable company analyses
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• High motivation with organizational and time management skills to complete multiple tasks and shift focus as priorities change
• Proven leadership, teamwork and relationship-building skills
