Women's Leadership Council
INROADS
INROADS is a non-profit organization whose goal is to place ethnically diverse students in internship programs. CIT works with INROADS to create internship opportunities throughout the Company.
Women's Leadership Council
CIT sponsors a Women's Leadership Council whose mission is to champion the growth of our employees and our businesses. By developing talent and future leaders, supporting an inclusive environment, and encouraging the exchange of ideas, the Council endeavors to contribute to the success of CIT and its people. With councils in many CIT locations, we sponsor mentoring, communications and career programs, as well as networking, business and charity events.
